Privacy Policy

Botola Fantasy is a free fantasy football game for the Botola Pro league. This page explains exactly what the app stores about you, why it needs it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect

| Email address | To create your account and let you sign back in or reset your password. |
| Phone number | Optional. Only needed to arrange delivery if you order a physical prize from the in-app store. |
| Team name | Shown publicly next to your score on the ranking and in any mini-league you join. |
| Your picks and score | Your squad, captain, transfers, points and coins. This is the game itself. |
| Avatar and favourite club | Optional profile details you choose. Your avatar is shown next to your team name. |
| Notification token | If you allow notifications, a device token so we can send deadline reminders. Delete the app or turn notifications off and it stops being used. |
| Usage analytics | Google Analytics for Firebase records anonymous usage (screens opened, crashes) so we can fix problems. |
What is public
Only your team name, avatar and total points appear on the public ranking and in mini-leagues you join. Your email address and phone number are never shown to other players.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not ask for payment to enter the game or to compete for prizes.
- We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or files.
Who processes it
The app runs on Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications and analytics), which stores and processes this data on our behalf. Match and player data comes from Sportmonks; no personal data of yours is sent to them.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists. At the end of each season your squad and matchday history are cleared automatically, and only your final position and points total are kept as a season record.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app: Menu → Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, your picks and your score.
If you cannot access the app, email support@botolafantasy.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Children
Botola Fantasy is intended for players aged 16 and over. If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
